1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyLifeSaved website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MyLifeSaved, LLC ("MyLifeSaved," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit through the Services ("User Content"). You grant MyLifeSaved a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through malware or automated abuse
• Upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes associated with your selected plan.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the Services until that time.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, MyLifeSaved may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds in limited circumstances, such as billing errors, duplicate charges, or accidental purchases reported within a reasonable period after the charge.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, unused time remaining in a subscription term, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

MyLifeSaved reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLifeSaved disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLifeSaved will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the application or by other reasonable means.
